Croatian boat licence, category B
Prepare for the exam the way it really is.
The exam is oral, in front of a board, with a chart task and knots. Helm Pass practises exactly that: the question as the board asks it, you answer out loud, reveal what a good answer holds and mark whether you knew it.
All study material free. Pro once, no subscription, no ads, no account. Works offline.

Questions
Good to know
Is Helm Pass an official app?
No. Helm Pass is an independent study aid. It is not linked to the ministry or any harbour master's office and issues no licences. You take the exam in front of a harbour master's board.
Does it work offline?
Yes, always. All study material, questions, the chart and photos are in the app.
What does it cost?
The download and all study material are free, with 15 sample questions. Pro is one purchase of €19.99, no subscription. The store shows the price for your country.
I have an iPhone and an Android. Do I pay twice?
A purchase works in the store it was paid in: Pro from the App Store works on your Apple devices with the same Apple Account, Pro from Google Play on Android with the same Google account. It does not carry across stores.
New phone?
Pro comes back on its own when you sign in to the store with the same account, or tap Restore purchase on the Pro page. Your progress stays on the old phone only.
Are these the questions from the exam?
The exam is oral and the board asks its own questions. Helm Pass follows the exam programme of the Croatian rules for boats and yachts and covers every area. Nobody can promise a pass, but you will know what to expect.
Which languages?
Croatian, German and English. Change the language in Settings and your progress stays.
